Imagined by lighting designer Pauline David, Hilma is a new table lamp conceived as a true luminous sculpture.
Its bevelled translucent ellipse frames a luminous sphere that appears suspended, like an energy on the horizon. The halo seems to emerge within the material with an almost unreal presence, between physical experience and surrealism.
The lamp takes its name from Hilma af Klint, the mystical painter and pioneer of abstraction.
The Hilma lamp is part of the DISDEROT SIGNATURE collection.
